Sberbank reduces mortgage interest rates from Tuesday

MOSCOW, Sep 30 (PRIME) -- Russia’s top bank Sberbank will decrease mortgage interest rates to the lowest of 7.3% on a mortgage loan for an apartment in a new building and 8.8% for a second-hand apartment from Tuesday, the bank said in a statement on Monday.

The bank will also refinance mortgage loans of third banks with an interest rate of 9.5% or higher.
